Plants and Pots
Due to the fragile nature of plants and pots, shipping them is always a risk.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on plants that arrive damaged due to handling or delays by couriers.

Faulty goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds are issued only due to lost or damaged packages will only be given once claims are accepted by the courier company.
Any notification of lost or damaged packages received after 1 week will not be able to be refunded due to time elapsed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange must be done immediately when item arrives due to nature of plants, and we will not refund on shipping if you simply changing your mind, and you need pay shipping for sending the item back to us and we will charge for shipping for sending new item to you.
Change of mind
We do not provide a refund because you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods received are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
