Know the difference :

Organic Neem Oil Insecticide differs from other commercial neem oils in that other commercial neem oils are emulsified by adding solvents to make them water-soluble. In this form, it is then able to be utilized for home garden use. Native Neem Organic Neem Oil Insecticide is produced using natural emulsifiers, making it chemical-free, made with raw and cold-pressed neem oil, and ideal for your garden.

Mode of Working:

Numerous insect species are repelled by the active ingredients in the neem seed. Finding the taste and smell unpleasant, they avoid any plants that have been treated with neem extracts. Insects die after eating the leaves or other parts of plants treated with these substances. The behaviour of some insects changes and it also reduces their ability to lay eggs. Neem is known to affect the natural life cycle of many insects by preventing them from passing to the next stage of their development. Thus nymphs cannot pass on to their next stage if they absorb Neem oil through contact or digestion. They then die.

Neem Oil Insecticide is effective in controlling Black Spot, Mildew, Rust, Scab, Whiteflies, Aphids, scale, borer, aphids, spider mites, grass grubs, mealy bugs, thrips, leaf spots, codling moth, nematodes, leaf rollers, leafhoppers, botrytis, twig and tip blight, Alternaria, etc. 

Our Neem Oil Insecticide is effective in controlling more than 200 insects and pests.

Neem Oil is non-toxic to humans, birds, earthworms or animals.

How to use Neem Oil Insecticide on Plants

Shake the bottle well

Add 5 to 15 ml of Neem Oil Insecticide to 1 Litre of water and mix well.

Organic Neem Oil Insecticide should be applied on a 7 to 14-day schedule until the potential for disease development is no longer present.

To control disease already present, apply Organic Neem Oil Insecticide on a 7-day schedule until disease pressure is eliminated. Then continue spraying on a 14-day schedule to prevent the disease from reoccurring.

To prevent rust leaf spot disease, anthracnose, and scab, begin applications at the first sign of spring budding.

To prevent powdery mildew, apply in mid-summer or when the disease is first detected. Applications should continue until disease pressure no longer exists.

Usage: 

Shake well.

Add 5 to 15 ml of Neem Oil Insecticide to 1 Litre of water and mix well

Delivery Charge

We have a flat rate delivery fee of $12.00 nationwide.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We currently dispatch orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. South Island orders and rural North Island orders are only dispatched on Monday and Tuesday so as to avoid orders being held at the courier depot over the weekend if a delay arises.

If your order is placed by Sunday we will dispatch the following week. 

North Island orders may take up to 3 business days, South Island deliveries will take three - four days. If for a rural address please add an extra day. If your order hasn’t been received within this time frame, please contact us directly via email urbanlush@outlook.co.nz and we will track your order for you.

Leaving Deliveries

Our deliveries don’t require signature upon arrival, however if you anticipate that you may not be home, please advise a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel when placing your order online.

Delivery Addresses

We accept both business and residential addresses for delivery however we cannot ship to a PO BOX address.

How long will it take to process my Click & Collect order?

Your order will usually be ready for pick up on the same day. You will receive an email/text message to inform you when your order is ready to collect. Pick-up times are usually between 9am and 5pm.

Plants and Pots

Due to the fragile nature of plants and pots, shipping them is always a risk.  

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on plants that arrive damaged due to handling or delays by couriers.

Faulty goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds are issued only due to lost or damaged packages will only be given once claims are accepted by the courier company.

Any notification of lost or damaged packages received after 1 week will not be able to be refunded due to time elapsed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange must be done immediately when item arrives due to nature of plants, and we will not refund on shipping if you simply changing your mind, and you need pay shipping for sending the item back to us and we will charge for shipping for sending new item to you.

Change of mind

We do not provide a refund because you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods received are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
