Monstera Deliciosa Variegated Albo

Variegated Monstera Deliciosa Albo comes with rare white variegated leaves. The variegation is a combination of white specks and lines across the leaves.

This is probably one of the most sought after plants these days. We’ve only got a handful of them as they are very hard to get. Monstera loves to climb and if you will let her, she will produce more mature foliage quicker.

Tip: if your plants aerial roots are all over the place, you can either trim them or bury them in the soil with the plant. There is no evidence that trimming of the Monstera Deliciosas aerial roots could damage the plant.

Easy Care tips :

Light: A monstera feels optimal in a light environment. However, never place the plant in full sun, and certainly not behind a window where the sun shines directly through. This can lead to burnt leaves. If there is no movement in the plant during the summer months when you can get one or two new leaves every week if the plant may be too dark. Move the pot so that more daylight can fall on it. Do not count on new leaves in the winter: from October to April the monstera is inactive but you may get the odd sprout.

Water: The watering of this plant is essential to keep it simple - Do not over water only water when the  top 3cm of the potting soil are dry to touch. Aim to keep the soil slightly moist, but never too wet.

Important Note: All plants are different, colors and size may be different from the picture. The plant variegation pattern will differ by plant but most are variegated.

Delivery Charge

We have a flat rate delivery fee of $12.00 nationwide.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We currently dispatch orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. South Island orders and rural North Island orders are only dispatched on Monday and Tuesday so as to avoid orders being held at the courier depot over the weekend if a delay arises.

If your order is placed by Sunday we will dispatch the following week. 

North Island orders may take up to 3 business days, South Island deliveries will take three - four days. If for a rural address please add an extra day. If your order hasn’t been received within this time frame, please contact us directly via email urbanlush@outlook.co.nz and we will track your order for you.

Leaving Deliveries

Our deliveries don’t require signature upon arrival, however if you anticipate that you may not be home, please advise a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel when placing your order online.

Delivery Addresses

We accept both business and residential addresses for delivery however we cannot ship to a PO BOX address.

Absolutely free.

How long will it take to process my Click & Collect order?

Your order will usually be ready for pick up on the same day. You will receive an email/text message to inform you when your order is ready to collect. Pick-up times are usually between 9am and 5pm.

Plants and Pots

Due to the fragile nature of plants and pots, shipping them is always a risk.  

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on plants that arrive damaged due to handling or delays by couriers.

Faulty goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds are issued only due to lost or damaged packages will only be given once claims are accepted by the courier company.

Any notification of lost or damaged packages received after 1 week will not be able to be refunded due to time elapsed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange must be done immediately when item arrives due to nature of plants, and we will not refund on shipping if you simply changing your mind, and you need pay shipping for sending the item back to us and we will charge for shipping for sending new item to you.

Change of mind

We do not provide a refund because you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods received are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
